Respondent/Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- This Civil Revision petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the principal Subordinate Judge, Kumbakonam, to dispose of the application in E.P.NO.171/2018 in LAOP.No.33/2011 as expeditiously as possible. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 13/04/2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in EP No.171 of 2018, with in a period of three months, and the requisition letter dated 18/11/2022 in D.No.2697 of 2022, submitted by the Principal Sub Judge, Kumbakonam, this Court made the following order: "The Learned Principal Sub Judge, Kumbakonam,sent a letter dated 18/11/2022, requesting extension of further time of four months to dispose of EP No.171 of 2018 in LAOP No.33 of 2011, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 13.04.2022. 2.Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 18.11.2022, four months time is extended from today to dispose of EP No.171 of 2018 in LAOP No.33 of 2011.
