ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the Letter D.No.2796/2022 dated 18.11.2022 from Principal Subordinate Judge, Kumbakonam, this Court made the following order:

"The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Kumbakonam, sent a letter dated 18.11.2022, requesting extension of further time of four months to dispose of E.P.No.172 of 2018 in L.A.O.P.No.34 of 2011, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 13.04.2022.
