2.The petitioner seeks electricity service connection for her iron roofed house. It is obviously in a poramboke land. The petitioner has to get NOC from the first respondent. If the petition fulfils all the formalities stipulated in the Distribution Code, service connection will be given. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
