O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of her representation to the respondents dated 24.04.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who, on instructions, submitted that the Inspector of Police, Nesamani Nagar Police Station, has not received any complaint dated 24.04.2017 that is said to have been given by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Inspector of Police, Nesamani Nagar Police Station in person and lodge a complaint, if there is any further threat from the opposite party and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law.
