ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 354C, 506(i) IPC in Crime No.545 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant had love affair and during that period they had taken some personal videos. Now, the petitioner threatened the defacto complainant stating that he will release the said video in the Internet. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a false case has been foisted against him and he had nothing to do with the alleged offence.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that investigation is pending. He vehemently opposed to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
