ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of patta pertaining to Natham Survey No.202 to an extent of 10 cents comprised in middle portion of the total extent of 30 cents at Keela Arunachalapuram, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2. The petitioner, considering his continuous and long possession, has made an application for patta on 18.02.2025.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner was already given one cent and therefore, his requirement of further 10 cents will have to be examined only on merits and subject to the rules and regulations.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 2/4

18.02.2025, afford an opportunity to the petitioner and thereafter, pass final orders based on the petitioner's entitlement for patta.
