Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the third respondent pertaining to its order bearing No.Nil dated 21.03.2022 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the third respondent to release the sale deed registered as Document No.59/2021 dated 01.10.2021 within a time frame besides awarding compensation payable by respondents to the petitioner. ORDER

Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the third respondent is willing to release the document, namely, the sale deed registered as Document No.59 of 2021 dated 01.10.2021 to the petitioner without prejudice to the outcome of the civil suit in O.S.No.515 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Alangudi.

2. After recording the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.6644 of 2022 the third respondent to release the sale deed registered as Document No.59 of 2021 dated 01.10.2021 to the petitioner within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
