This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in Crl.A.No.27 of 2022 on the file of the Learned Principal District Judge,Karur,dated 6.8.2022 by modifying the order dated 8.11.2021 made in D.V.C.No.37 of 2020 on the file of the Learned Additional Mahila Court /Judicial Magistrate ,Karur and set aside the Judgments of the Courts below. 1/3

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. K.Raghul Priyan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s. A. Arul Jenifer, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: "The above application has been filed to set aside the order dated 13.02.2023 in CRL.R.C.(MD).No.971 of 2022, which was ordered to be dismissed for default and restore the petition on file.
