This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.13 of 2016, dated 26.04.2016, on the file of the 2nd respondent, for the offences under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420 r/w 120(B) IPC., within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2016 is going on and the 2nd respondent police seeks time to file the final report.

Advocate (Crl. Side), the 2nd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and to file final report within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
