PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 3rd respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioners complaint dated 16.03.2024 within the period stipulated by this Court.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 16.03.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that already he reported no instruction and handed over the bundle to the petitioner. Therefore, remove his name from the cause list. Page No. 2 of 4

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed after an elaborate enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
