This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 19.03.2015 and 07.09.2016 for appointment of Senior Advocate Mr.G.J.Mathuram as Special Public Prosecutor in Spl.S.C.No.1 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Trichirappalli.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner within a stipulated time.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
