O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to file final report in Cr.No.150 of 2022 on the file of first respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that after completion of investigation, final report has already been filed in the present case before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vedasandur and the same was taken on file as CC No.483 of 2023. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Since this petition is filed to file final report, now the first respondent police, after completion of investigation filed a final report before the concerned Court and the same was taken cognizance as CC No. 483 of 2023, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
