ORDER
In these writ petitions, the penalty imposed against the petitioner as well as the transfer made against him, for having violated MRP and sold IMFL. are under challenge. 2.When the writ petitions are taken up for hearing today, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent TASMAC would submit that, though these writ petitions having been filed and are pending before this Court, the penalty imposed against the petitioner has already been paid by him and also pursuant to the transfer made, which is also challenged in one of the writ petitions, the petitioner has joined in the transferred place. In view of the same, since the penalty has been paid and the petitioner joined in the transferred place, nothing survives in these writ petition to be agitated.
3.By recording the said submission made by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent TASMAC, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
