ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner by intervening the disciplinary proceedings between the petitioner and his employee Banu Rekha.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed him under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner was called only for enquiry in respect of a petition pending against him on the complaint given by Banu Rekha and not to decide the civil rights of the parties in the Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Station and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondents would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place. 5.Recording the above undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
