ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner / A2, who was arrested for offences punishable under Sections 392 r/w 302 IPC in Crime No.232 of 2014 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of Sundaram Travels and he is no way connected with the offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the name of the petitioner was not found in the FIR.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that after completion of investigation charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.15 of 2016 by the Trial Court. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, and on condition that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
shall report before the concerned Court daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
