ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 85 of BNS Act, in Crime No.Not known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that enquiry is pending in CSR No.78 of 2025.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent and co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the respondent is directed not to arrest the petitioners.
