[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The writ petitioner is a non-banking financial organization, which has filed an application before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli District, under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act and the application is pending before the concerned Court since October 2019 and therefore, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying for a direction to expeditiously dispose of the said petition.

2. We are not aware about the workload of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli District. In any event, since the application is pending since October 2019, the concerned Court may take early decision in the matter preferrably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ __________
