This Criminal Original Petition is filed to withdraw Cr.M.P.No.1375 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.II), Nagercoil and transfer the same to any other Judicial Magistrate Court in Thirunelveli District.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection for transferring the proceedings in Cr.M.P.No.1375 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.II), Nagercoil to the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyur, Tirunelveli District. Hence, this petition is allowed and the Cr.M.P.No.1375 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.II), Nagercoil is withdrawn and the same is transferred to the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyur, Tirunelveli District. The party shall appear before the Court where the proceedings is now transferred on 08.08.2017. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9452 of 2016 is closed.
