Mr.D.Gandhi Raj, Special Government Pleader Prayer: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to transfer the Patta in the Petitioners name from his fathers name namely Chellappan in Patta No. 90 and 260 after conducting a survey and demarcating comprised in Survey Nos. 76/2A, 76/2C, 77/2, 77/3, and 77/5 measuring 0-14.50 Ares, 0-10.50 Ares, 0-6.00 Ares, 0-3.50 Ares, 0-2.00 Ares and 04.50 Ares respectively situated at Paraipatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District based on his online applications dated 31.12.2025.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents herein to transfer the Patta in the Petitioners name from his fathers name namely Chellappan in Patta No. 90 and 260 after conducting a survey and demarcating comprised in Survey Nos. 76/2A, 76/2C, 77/2, 77/3, and 77/5 measuring 0-14.50 Ares, 0-10.50 Ares, 0-6.00 Ares, 0-3.50 Ares, 0-2.00 Ares and 04.50 Ares respectively situated at Paraipatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District based on his online applications dated 31.12.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted if the petitioner is producing all the necessary documents, the petitioner's claim would be considered.

3. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit further documents to the respondents. On such submission, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance to law. The said exercise shall be 2/4

completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No Costs.
