ORDER : This Habeas Corpus petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the Petition, affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Court and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MAHENDRAPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2, this court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] By an order 14.12.2018, this Court had imposed a cost of Rs.5,000/- payable by the petitioner to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
2. The habeas corpus petition is posted today under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not in contact with him and therefore, he is not able to pay the cost.
