Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 452, 427, 324, 302, 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.70 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.6074 of 2020 involvement came to light from the confession of the co-accused.

4. I am of the view that in such a case, granting of anticipatory bail, will tie the hands of the investigation. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
