The writ appeal arises out of an interim conditional order of stay granted by the learned Judge. The learned Judge has merely directed 25% of the amount as computed by the lower Court in a petition under Section 33-C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 to be paid. Therefore, there is no case for interference. Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
