ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has placed before this Court the communication dated 24.04.2023 sent by the respondent bank to the petitioner informing him that his loan application has been rejected.

2. This Court, by its order dated 17.03.2022 passed in W.P. (MD)No.4748 of 2022 directed the respondent to process the petitioner's loan application and pass final orders within a period of four weeks. As directed by this Court, the respondent has now processed the loan application of the petitioner, but however rejected his loan application by giving certain reasons.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be granted liberty to challenge the communication of the respondent dated 24.04.2023.

4. Since the order dated 17.03.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)No.4748 of 2022 has been duly complied with, this contempt petition will have to be closed. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the communication dated 24.04.2023 issued by the respondent to the petitioner rejecting the petitioner's loan application in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
