ORDER

This Criminal Original Petitions has been filed to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members by considering the petitioner's representation on 02.04.2021.

2. The son of the petitioner and Gopika, who is the daughter of the fourth respondent, was married on 08.02.2021, without getting consent from their parents. So, the fourth respondent herein, continuously harassed and threatened the petitioner and her family 1/3

members enquiring the where about of couple. Even on 01.04.2021, at about 06.00 p.m, the fourth respondent along with some five other persons, followed the petitioner's daughter namely, Rajeswari. There is a continues life threat to the family of the petitioner and so, she made a representation on 02.04.2021, seeking police protection to her family.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no proper representation has been received by the third respondent herein and if any proper representation is made, the authorities are ready to consider the same and pass orders on merits, considering the necessity.

4. So, in view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the third respondent within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on the representation being made, the third respondent may consider the same and pass orders by making enquiry with all the persons concerned keeping in mind the necessity as well as the circumstances.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
