dated 8.2.2024, in detaining the detenu under Section 2(b) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982 as 'BOOTLEGGER'' and quash the same and to direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Ramesh, son of Kasinathan, Male, aged about 40 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Court and set him at liberty. When the matter came up for admission today, the learned Additional Public Prosectuor appearing for the respondents/State informed this Court that the detention order passed against the detenu namely Ramesh, son of Kasinathan, Male, aged about 40 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, has now been revoked by the Government in G.O.RT.No.1570, dated 16.03.2024. 2.In view of the above, nothing survives for further 2/4

adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands dismissed as infructuous.
