This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 18.09.2016 within the period stipulated by this Court.

petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
