The instant writ petition has been filed by an Office Assistant working in the respondent Co-operative Society, challenging his order of suspension dated 07.03.2024.

2.Pending writ petition, the petitioner has been reinstated and later by way of proceedings dated 03.07.2024, the petitioner has been exonerated of all the charges.
