ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. This Court vide order dated 30.08.2022 passed following direction:
"4. I direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petition mentioned representation regarding disbursement of the amount due to the writ petitioners and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with 2/4
law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
3. The learned counsel appearing for the contemnors point out that in compliance with the direction given by this Court, the contemnors herein sent a reply to the petitioners on 30.01.2023. The petitioners have fairly enclosed a copy of the said communication in the typed set of papers. The order by this Court has been complied with. The petitioners will have to question the said communication and seek an adjudication on merits. Since this Court has not issued positive direction in favour of the petitioners and only directed the respondents to take a call and respond to the petitioner's request, I am of the view that no contempt has been made out.
