ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1275 of 2025, dated 14.02.2025.

2. Mr.H. Mohammed Farook, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he 1/3

prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation. He further submits that the investigation is not complete and the petitioner is the overseas citizen of India. Hence, he prays to modify the condition.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the condition No.7(iv) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1275 of 2025, dated 14.02.2025 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent-police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
