The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.50 of 2012 before the Lower Court within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the F.I.R. is of the year 2012, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.50 of 2012 at an early date and file a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
