ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.857 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.73 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025, wherein, the petitioner was directed to deposit 50% of the arrears amount pending as of now before the concerned Court on or before 10.03.2025. 1/3

2. The petitioner, by alleging that the petitioner's inability, has filed the present petition seeking modification.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.

5. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that two weeks time may be granted to comply with the said order.

6. In the result, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to comply with the directions of this Court dated 07.02.2025 on or before 02.04.2025.
