ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, prays for the grant of bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for the offences punishable under Sections 5 J(ii), 5(1) r/w Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Crime No.5 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had physical relationship with the minor girl by giving false promise to marry her and subsequently, he refused to marry her. Now the victim girl is 9 months pregnant.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

5.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that investigation is pending.

to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
