[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the following relief:

"Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned order dated 15.04.2014 made in Na.Ka.No.1926/2012, Uo.E.(Uoo)A passed by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and devoid of merits and consequently, direct the first respondent to disqualify the fourth respondent from acting as President of Village Panchayat of Thanakkankulam Village, Madurai District forthwith."

2. Now, the relief has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
