ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1513 of 2025, dated 29.01.2025.

2. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for three weeks and he has failed to comply with the condition for one week.

3. In response to the above said submission, Mr.C.Mayil Vahana Rajendran, 1/3

learned counsel appearing or the petitioner submits that the petitioner has underwent a surgery. Hence, he is not able to comply the condition for one week.

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.8(b) imposed by this Court in the order dated 29.01.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1513 of 2025, is hereby fully relaxed.
