ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner / sole accused, who was arrested on 11.09.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 352, 326, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4(1) of Women Harassment Act @ Sections 294(b), 326, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.182 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to money dispute, the petitioner attacked the de facto complainant's wife and threatened him with dire consequences.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that injured person has already been discharged from the hospital and investigation is pending.

the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu, Thanjavur District, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 30/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
