ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 2(16), 9, 39, 50 and 51 of Wild Life Protecction Act, 1972, in W.L.O.R.No.13/2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.11.2021, the petitioner was found in possession of meats of spotted deer and mila deer (Sambar deer), which they hunted and stored for sale. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the co-accused was already released on anticipatory bail. After filing of this case, no other case has been registered against the petitioner. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD). No.8417 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that this is the fourth anticipatory bail application and the earlier application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on the ground that the petitioner is having similar cases, which are heinous in nature. 5.Considering the seriousness of the offence and the antecedent of the petitioner and fact that the earlier applications were dismissed on the ground that the petitioner is having previous cases, which are similar in nature, I find absolutely no change of circumstances, though the co-accused was released on anticipatory bail or regular bail as the case may be.
