This petition has been filed to to direct the first respondent not to interfere in the existing civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 2 & 3 based on the complaint of the respondents 2 & 3 pending before the first respondent. G.CHOCKALINGAM, J., rj2 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) for the respondents. 3.In this case, one Mrs.Lakshmi Gopinathan, learned Counsel filed vakalat for R2.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) represents that in this case on the petition given by the petitioner, the respondent police enquired the matter and closed the matter, as it is a civil dispute and both the parties are advised to proceed in accordance with law. He would further submit that copy of the closure report was also served to the petitioner.

5.In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with liberty to both the parties to approach the civil Court for proper relief in accordance with law.
