ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 494 and 506 (ii) of IPC and seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is due to the matrimonial dispute, the petitioners threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences.

4.Learned Government Advocate submitted that no case has been registered against the petitioners.

5.Recording the submission made by the Government Advocate that no case has been registered against the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition has been closed. It is needless to point out that when there is no case registered against the petitioners, the respondent police may not be justified in apprehending the petitioners.
