Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certioraified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in O.Mu.No.1982/Aa1/2019, dated 20.12.2019 on the file of the respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondent No.2 to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of B.T.Assistant in Tamil at 4th respondent School with effect from 12.03.2018 along with all other consequential benefits within the time stipulated by this Court.
