O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 21.11.2025. 1/4

2.By the said representation, the petitioner requested the respondent Bank to defreeze the Trust account. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submitted that the account was frozen based on instructions received from one Vasan, who claims to be a joint account holder. However, he further submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered on its own merits within the time that may be fixed by this Court. The said submission is recorded.

4.In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to furnish all relevant documents to the respondent Bank within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of the documents, the respondent Bank shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks thereafter. 2/4

5.There shall be no order as to costs.
