ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 114 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 5.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection to condone the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 114 days, however, on payment of costs.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to E-Seva Kendra Porta Cabins attached to this Bench [Account No:7026895311, IFSC Code:IDIB000H040, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai] forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

5.On production of receipt of such payment, the Registry is directed to number 2/3

the writ appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 23.04.2025.
