ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners / A3, A6 to A9, who were arrested on 18.09.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 3(i) of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.177 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners unlawfully assembled with deadly weapons and attacked the de facto complainant with iron rod, wooden log and caused damages to the vehicle.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that injured person has already been discharged from the hospital and investigation is pending. He further submitted that no previous case is pending against the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, Dindigul District, and on condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
