This Civil Revision petition is filed for an early disposal of D.V.No.123 of 2016, pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a petition in D.V.No.123 of 2016 as against the respondents herein, before the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, for the reliefs under Sections 17, 18(f), 20, 21 & 22 of the Protection of Women against Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the application has been filed in the year 2016, it has not been concluded so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with this present Civil Revision Petition. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to expedite the 2/4
