ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 05.05.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 4 (1-A) of Tamilnadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.121 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner was found in possession of 20 bottles of express quarter brandy, each containing 180 m.l. and the respondent Police seized the said bottles. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released

on bail, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 16/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
