This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give necessary police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 18.08.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case has been registered against her son in Crime No.205 of 2016 for offences under Sections 352 and 506(ii) IPC.
