The Petitioner herein seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider his representation, dated 15.11.2022 seeking subdivision and issuance of separate patta. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.According to the Petitioner,14.5 cents in S.No.215A/1A1 in Silambavelankadu, Moothakurichi, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District was gifted in favour of Petitioner under registered settlement deed, dated 22.06.2016. On the strength of the said document, the Petitioner submitted a representation seeking sub division and issuance of separate patta. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate who appears for the respondent would submit that the representation submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/5
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the Petitioner, dated 15.11.2022 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
