This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. He would further submit that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners.
