The Petitioner herein seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider her representation, dated 21.02.2021 seeking to survey her property in S.No.142/C4 and S.No.142/C29. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.According to the Petitioner, the subject property was purchased by her under sale deed, dated 9.8.2001 and has been in possession and enjoyment of the same by putting up a residential house. It is the case of the Petitioner that the revenue documents have been tinkered with the help of the Village Administrative Officer and hence, the Petitioner's interest is affected. Therefore the Petitioner submitted a representation before the respondent on 21.02.2021 seeking survey of the property purchased by her. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.
