Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.MUTHUSARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Kanyakumari, Nagercoil in S.C.No.175 of 2013 dated 11.01.2018 and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the present Criminal Appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court is of the view that the petitioner could be granted the relief as prayed for with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner are ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of Fast Track Mahila Court, Kanyakumari, Nagercoil and on further condition that the petitioners should report before the said Magistrate, on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 17/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
