This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.191 of 2015 within a stipulated time.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2015 has been completed and it has been closed as mistake of fact on 18.05.2016.
4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner.
